When you complete our enquiry form we collect your name, phone number, email address, the address or postcode of the work, the type of service you need and your description of the job. We also record which page the enquiry came from.
Why we collect it
We use these details solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a visit where needed, and provide a quotation. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not sell or share them with third parties for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to deal with your request and to keep a record of work quoted or carried out. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do so, email vermontenquiries@gmail.com.
