Our story
Local, experienced and accountable
Vermont Property Services is based in Liverpool and works across the surrounding areas. The business was set up around a simple idea: plenty of people have had a poor experience with a trade, and most of the time it comes down to communication and care rather than technical ability.
So we keep it personal. You deal directly with the person doing the work, from the first enquiry through to the final check. That means nothing gets lost in translation and there's no question about who's responsible for the result.
Our work spans everyday plumbing and heating repairs right through to complete bathroom renovations. Gas work is carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer. Whatever the size of the job, the standard is the same.
